Hard Landscaper
Salary: £25,000 - £40,000 per year
We are looking for a highly motivated team member to join our unique and exciting team as a landscape gardener. We decided to commit our company strategy to developing a landscaping team 6 months ago and we've already seen great success, whilst also maintaining healthy growth in our existing arboriculture services. We are now looking for an experienced landscaper to help us better deliver our product to a high standard and bring more knowledge to the team.
We are looking for an experienced candidate who is capable of managing large scale hard landscaping projects, with a focus towards the hands-on delivery of the project.
We have an office and working yard in both Hertford and Stapleford Abbotts, the candidate will be able to work from either site.
Responsibilities:
Salary: £25,000 - £40,000 per year
We are looking for a highly motivated team member to join our unique and exciting team as a landscape gardener. We are looking for highly motivated team members to join our unique and exciting team as a Climbing Arborist.
We are looking to offer full-time work, either subcontracted or with employment contracts. The role is very much dependent on the right candidate.
We cover Hertfordshire, Essex and North London areas with few jobs reaching further than those mentioned.
Responsibilities:
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per year
We are looking for highly motivated team members to join our unique and exciting team as a Climbing Arborist.
We are looking to offer full-time work, either subcontracted or with employment contracts. The role is very much dependent on the right candidate.
We cover Hertfordshire, Essex and North London areas with few jobs reaching further than those mentioned.
Responsibilities:
- All aspects of treecare, both private and commercial to a high standard.
- Highly professional client interaction on job sites covering both existing and potential clientele.
- Thoughtful and driven teamwork.
- Minimum of 2 years work experience climbing. Drivers license held for at least 2 years.
- CS30, CS31, CS38, CS39 and ideally CS40, CS41 as well.
Groundsman Arborist
Salary: £19,000.00 - £25,000.00 per year
We are looking for highly motivated team members to join our unique and exciting team as a Groundsman Arborist.
We are looking to offer full-time work, either subcontracted or with employment contracts. The role is very much dependent on the right candidate.
We cover Hertfordshire, Essex and North London areas with few jobs reaching further than those mentioned.
Responsibilities:
Salary: £19,000.00 - £25,000.00 per year
We are looking for highly motivated team members to join our unique and exciting team as a Groundsman Arborist.
We are looking to offer full-time work, either subcontracted or with employment contracts. The role is very much dependent on the right candidate.

- All aspects of ground based treecare, both private and commercial to a high standard.
- Highly professional client interaction on job sites covering both existing and potential clientele.
- Thoughtful and driven teamwork.
- CS30, CS31, and ideally CS38.
- Ideally a drivers license held for at least 2 years.
